Cost
- The customer is responsible for the cost of freight unless otherwise agreed.
Truckload Orders
- The customer is responsible for initiating and organizing freight. If the customer is unable to successfully organize freight, Turman Hardwood Flooring may assist as needed.
Less Than Truckload (LTL) Orders
- The customer is responsible for initiating and organizing freight. If the customer is unable to successfully organize freight, Turman Hardwood Flooring may assist as needed.
Retail Orders
- Turman Hardwood Flooring does not typically ship to the end consumer. We cannot arrange for residential deliveries. It is recommended that the customer reach out to the nearest supplier and purchase our product(s) directly from them. We can assist with identifying the nearest suppliers.
Products Damaged During Shipment
- The customer should always inspect products prior to accepting delivery. In the event product arrives damaged, the customer should opt for one of the following:
- If most of the product is damaged upon arrival, the customer must reject delivery and complete and submit our Return Form for replacement.
- If some of the product is damaged upon arrival, the customer may accept delivery and contact Turman Hardwood Flooring for replacement.
- Replacement product may require an additional charge for reboxing. Please contact Turman Hardwood Flooring for additional information.
- If the product arrives damaged (accepted or rejected), the customer should take photos of the product(s) prior to unloading. Turman Hardwood Flooring must receive photos of the product and damage to assist with claims and/or organizing for replacements.
