RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund or replacements under the following terms and conditions:

  • Product Condition
    • Unless a product is being returned because it was damaged upon receipt, the product(s) returned must be unopened and all original packaging intact. No opened boxes or bundles will be accepted.
  • Excluded Products
    • All products (with exception of the following) are eligible for return:
      • Utility grade purchased.
      • Off goods purchased.
  • Time Frame
    • In Store Orders: Returns are accepted within 60 days of the pickup date with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Shipped Orders: Returns are accepted within 60 days of the delivery date with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at (276) 236-9963 or email rhonda.payne@theturmangroup.com to obtain a return authorization. You will be required to provide a completed copy of our Return Form prior to receiving authorization. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted.
    • In some events, products may be returned following the 60 days return period. Please refer to our Warranty Information.
  • Refund
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If cash was the method of payment, then the refund would come in the form of a check. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.
      • Fee: A restocking fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund total unless the reason for return is due to a Turman Hardwood Flooring error.
  • Shipping
    • In Store Orders: It is the responsibility of the customer to return the products to our facility at 152 Boyer Rd. Galax, VA 24333.
    • Shipped Orders: Return freight cost can be discussed between Turman Hardwood Flooring and the customer. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.

Please note, if you purchased our products from a supplier or contractor, you must contact them so that they can initiate the return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at rhonda.payne@theturmangroup.com.
